At ALMAF, we aim to provide a smooth, fast, and reliable delivery experience for our customers across Pakistan. Once your order is successfully placed and confirmed, our team will process and dispatch it as soon as possible.

For within-city orders, delivery is expected within 2 working days. For out-of-city orders, delivery may take up to 7 working days, depending on the destination and courier service. Delivery times may also be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We offer FREE DELIVERY on orders of Rs. 5,000 or more. For orders below Rs. 5,000, standard delivery charges may apply and will be communicated during checkout or order confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active phone number. If incorrect or incomplete information results in a failed delivery or additional delivery attempts, additional charges may apply.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be provided where available. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided delivery address.
